Properties
Highly alkaline convection oven cleaner for canteen kitchens, gastronomy and the food industry.
Quickly and thoroughly cleans all greasy, oily dirt and encrustations.
ATTENTION: Pay attention to the alkali resistance of the materials! Not suitable for aluminum!
Application / dosage
Convection oven cleaner is highly concentrated.
For devices with automatic dosing, simply clamp the canister to the suction lance.
For manual cleaning, it is best to preheat the oven or convection oven to 50 – 60 °C
and clean after an exposure time of 5 – 10 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after each use! The cleaning instructions of the machine manufacturer must be observed.
Dosage: 1:10 for fresh to medium-old fat deposits.

Ecology
