Description



RBOS has two main
uses: as primer (mostly used highly diluted) and as overcoat or varnish
(mostly used less diluted). In the first case it is possible to long term
protect metals and overpaint when due (every type of paint, even
electrostatic) , in the second case you optimise protection and outlook and
deliver your coated pieces under best effects and conditions.For extra good
quality you should polymerise the objects by heating for 3-6’ at 150-170
oC.

ORBOS can be applied in any clean place without special precautions.It is
based in an emulsion of acrylic – styrolic resin which coagulates by
evaporation to an homogenious, hard elastic mass and adheres firmly to almost
all (specific to metal) undergrounds giving 
elevated appearance (shiny varnish, silky paints) with long lasting
protectiong against corrosion phenomena. Prerequiste for excellent anchoring
to the substrate is to prepare surfaces oil and smut free, for this reason we
recommend one of the following of our products such : ORFOS, ORPHOS, ORBILUX,
ORBOXAN etc. which are different water based degreasers with high priming /
antirust protection etc. Within 30-60’(room temp.) the treated surfaces are
touch dry.

ORBOS is marketed in a great range of colours fitting every demand and can
be used by spray, immersion, flow, sprinkle, roller and brush.
